Prior to joining EM in late 2021, Lucian spent 30 years in a variety of global business, operations and engineering leadership positions focused on the manufacturing of engineered products for the energy, aerospace, and electrical industries. Outside of work, Lucian enjoys time spent with family, travel, and the outdoors.
Becky Ramsdell

Becky Ramsdell is the CFO at Electric Materials, a leading manufacturer in the copper industry. With over thirty-five years of leadership and manufacturing experience in heavy industrial and automotive sectors, Becky has a forward-looking analytical mindset allowing for clear communication of financial goals and objectives. Becky loves being outdoors and spending time with her loved ones.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time hiking and exploring the outdoors, embracing the same determination and drive found in their professional life.

With over nine years of leadership and sales experience in the metals and mining sectors, Allison has a proven track record of driving growth and fostering client relationships. In her spare time, Allison enjoys playing golf, showcasing her passion for teamwork and competition.

Engineering Manager
Tony Zimmerman is the Engineering Manager at Electric Materials, where he started as an Intern during his years at Penn State. With over 15 years’ experience in copper manufacturing, he strives for efficiency and expanding Electric Materials’ value-added services. When Tony is not at work, he is spending time outdoors with his family.

With over 24 years of experience at the company, Amy has empowered and guided the Production Team in achieving optimum efficiencies, streamlining production, and ensuring customer quality standards. In her spare time, Amy enjoys playing pool, reading, and traveling

Tony Newara is the Quality Manager at Electric Materials. He has over 4 decades of experience in the Quality profession and a wide-ranging knowledge of copper and commutator processing. Tony is a certified nuclear lead auditor. In his free time, Tony has a passion for muscle cars, golfing and gardening.

Pam has more than 25 years of experience successfully managing all aspects of HR for multiple companies in different industries Pam’s passion is to keep employees engaged and motivated by providing them with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to the company’s success. In her spare time, Pam enjoys traveling.
Patti Schwarz
Continuous Improvement & IT Manager
Patti Schwarz is the Information Technology & Continuous Improvement Manager at Electric Materials, a multifaceted copper manufacturer located in the town of North East, Pennsylvania. With an extensive 28 years of experience at EM, Patti has traversed several disciplines within EM, all while maintaining the constant drive for excellence and efficiency by creating and cultivating internal systems. Outside of EM, Patti loves to travel, exploring the outdoors, and is an avid fan of any live music event.
Jessica Duda
Accounting Manager
Jessica Duda is the Accounting Manager at Electric Materials. She has been with the company for 13 years, filling many roles within the Accounting department. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, usually running around with her kids to various activities. She enjoys every rare moment of calm with quiet activities such as baking and reading.
Arvin Fiedtkou
Plating Manager
Arvin Fiedtkou is currently the Plating Manager at The Electric Materials Company. After 19 yrs in QA, he transitioned to manage the new 21′ plating line in 2020. With the assistance of a great team, he has successfully established the plating line to be highly productive and profitable for E.M.C. When he is not working, he relishes his time as a “girl dad”, tries to “relax” with his 5 golden retrievers, and likes playing and watching sports.
